Welcome to our beautiful house in Worcester. We have personally thought through the amenities and hope to provide you with all the comforts of home. The surrounding area has a lot to offer and is sure to make your holiday one of a kind.
Our recently renovated 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom semi-detached home with a garden is in a great location, close to town, eateries, the motorway, Worcestershire Royal, transport links, along with a Waitrose just a short walk down the road.
Entering the property via the contemporary composite grey front door into the hallway where there is a vertical radiator with built-in mirror and floor space for shoes. The hallway leads into the lounge via the lounge door or upstairs via a grey carpeted staircase.
The lounge is a very comfortable size with a bright and modern finish. Incorporating a decorative open fire with an oak beam, wooden floors and built in display units for storage. A Nest smart heating appliance has been installed in the living room.
The kitchen diner is modern and bright with recently new appliances and fittings including a white Belfast sink, ceramic hob, combi-microwave, electric oven, built-in dishwasher, fridge/freezer with beautiful solid oak worktops.
Upstairs the landing provides access to the master double bedroom and bathroom. The master bedroom is a very good size with a built-in wardrobe, it has been decorated to a bright finish and with wooden floors.
