The House - Waresley Park Estate

Welcome to our fabulous house at Waresley Park Estate - your ultimate country retreat! Our house is not just a luxurious getaway - it's a place where you can relax, recharge, and make unforgettable memories with your friends and family.

The Space:
With seven gorgeous bedrooms, each with their own en-suite, our house can comfortably sleep up to 16 guests. We also have a self-contained flat attached to the house that can accommodate an additional 2 guests, perfect for those who want a little more privacy or for larger groups who need a little more space. It's the perfect size for a family reunion, a special celebration, or a corporate event.

We take pride in creating an experience that's authentically local, sustainable, and full of character. That's why we've planted a vineyard, keep our own bees, roast our own coffee, and even make our own walled garden gin - all in the spirit of supporting local businesses and using fresh, delicious ingredients.

We also have an indoor heated pool and spa with a two hour private use included in the rental of the house for each two night stay.

But that's not all! We have 120 acres of parkland, woodland, and gardens that are just waiting to be explored. You can take a dip in our private pool, relax in the spa, or even have a lakeside BBQ with your loved ones. And if you need some pampering, we offer a range of spa services, such as massages and beauty treatments, that will make you feel like royalty.

We believe that the best memories are made when you're doing something that you love with the people you care about. That's why we offer a range of activities, such as guided walks, wild swimming, and a whole host of other unique experiences that you won't find anywhere else.

Our house is perfect for those who want to escape the hustle and bustle of everyday life and enjoy some quality time with their loved ones. It's a place where you can be yourself, relax, and have fun.

- Relax at the onsite coffee shop or explore our charming vineyard.
- Enjoy the use of the estate tennis court (a stones throw from the flat & included in your booking).
- Unwind in the resident spa, complete with a swimming pool, jacuzzi, and serene ambiance (a two hour private use of the swimming pool/spa is included in the rental of the house for each two night stay). Please contact the spa to book and treatments with 15% off.

For those seeking adventure, for just £10 take a refreshing wild swim in the estate’s lake and warm up with a hot drink by the open fire!
