The open-plan kitchen is equipped with all the essentials needed to cook an array of meals whilst away in Reading. There is a hob, oven, fridge freezer, microwave, dishwasher, drying machine & washing machine.

BATHROOMS/TOILETS:
There are four full bathrooms in the property. One in which is equipped with a bath and an overhead shower, toilet and sink and the three en-suites are equipped with a standing shower, sink and toilet.

RULES:
No Parties Allowed!
Hosting parties is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate removal from the property by security without a refund. Your deposit may also be used to cover any additional costs incurred.

This home is in a quiet neighborhood, so we kindly ask guests to respect quiet hours after 9 PM.

Noise & Monitoring
Our property is equipped with noise and air quality monitoring systems. Any violations, such as loud music, parties, or smoking indoors, will lead to immediate removal from the accommodation.

Check-in Requirements
To ensure a smooth check-in, we require:
Completion of our online check-in form, including agreement to our T&Cs. Submission of a UK government-issued photo ID or passport.
A £150 card pre-authorization (held, not charged) OR a £40 waiver fee for potential damage, loss, or policy violations. (The £150 will only be charged if issues arise at checkout.)
