Green Farm House is a Grade II listed, beautifully refurbished, Cotswold holiday home which sleeps 12 guests (adult only groups where the majority of members are under 30 years of age are not permitted), in five well-appointed bedrooms, with two spacious bathrooms. On the ground floor you have a stylish kitchen with an island which leads through to the spacious dining room. There is a cosy sitting and music room, both with lovely features including exposed stone, original beams, inglenook fireplace and an open fireplace. Green Farm House has a picturesque walled garden with raised lawn, patio area and ample seating, a perfect space to enjoy all year round.

For adult only bookings, the majority of the group must be over the age of 30. Adult only groups where more than half of guests are under the age of 30 are not allowed
Green Farm House has a lovely garden for guests to enjoy and it is important to the owners that guests are courteous and considerate towards the neighbouring properties. We politely request that guests do not disturb the neighbours, and that loud music is not played outside after 21:00
Day guests (or any guests not stated on the booking form) are not permitted
No shoes to be worn in the house (guests are advised to bring slippers)
Please note that the fireplace in the dining room is for decorative purposes only and cannot be used
There are a few windows in the house with red tags on them – please do not attempt to open them as they are old and fragile
The posts on the landing are fragile and we ask that you do not lean on them
