This neighborhood is located just a few minutes' walk (approximately 500 meters) from the nearest beach, train station, and town center, making it ideal for those seeking a relaxing stay and proximity to major tourist attractions.

The local tourist tax is NOT included in the price. Until 30 April, the cost of this tax is 1€ (VAT not included) per person over 16 years of age per night, for a maximum of 7 nights. From 1 May the cost will be €2 (VAT not included) per night. This amount is payable to your greeter upon arrival at the property.

As per Catalonian regulations, all property guests must register by providing full name, passport details, and address. You can share this information before arrival or on check-in day. All guests must present identification documents and will need to sign the tourist rental agreement. Thank you for your cooperation.

Any check-in later than 9pm has an extra cost of 40€.

Damage deposit colleted by credit card on your arrival day (unless otherwise agreed in advance) to intitle us to charge you up to 300€ in the unlikely event of finding any issue when we visit the property after your check out.
