Garden,: Enclosed and separate, perfect for outdoor relaxation (One part of the garden is currently under construction to add a hot tub, but we will ensure that work is not underway during your stay)

Farm Life : Enjoy the company of free-range ducks and chickens. We also have 2 friendly donkeys that love meeting new friends.
Pets : Dogs are welcomed, so bring along your furry friends.
Location : Just 4 miles from beautiful beaches, offering a tranquil escape while still being close to the coast.
Farmshop & Cafe : Just 2 minutes down the road is our Hilltop Farmshop & Cafe, providing all you need for your stay. Offering breakfasts, lunches, hot & cold drinks, and ice creams, with both indoor and outdoor seating, and a covered area suitable for dogs. Open Tuesday to Saturday until 15:00.
Livery Yard : The cottage is on a working livery yard, so there will often be horses around. For this reason, we ask that dogs are kept on leads around the farmyard. We're always happy to introduce you to our horses and donkeys if you let us know that you’d like to meet them.
Parking : Space for up to 2 cars.

There is a Hot Tub available for use at the property:
£50 - This option relates to stays of 3 nights or less and can be selected in addition to the regular fee, for stays lasting more than one week, but less than two weeks.
£100 - This option relates to stays of 4 to 7 Nights. This option can be selected more than once for reservations lasting multiple weeks.
