Inside, this luxury Umbria holiday rental is laid out over 2 floors. On the ground floor there is a bright and airy open plan living and kitchen space. The kitchen is fully equipped with an induction hob, oven, fridge and dishwasher along with an American style coffee machine and Bialetti Espresso machine. The adjacent living area has a large comfortable sofa which can be converted into a double bed suitable for 1 adult or 2 small children. Big windows make the most of the incredible views over the Umbrian hills beyond. Also on this floor is a master bedroom with kingsize bed.

A set of stairs lead down to the lower ground floor of this luxury Umbria holiday rental where you will find a generous sized shower room.

Doors from this floor also lead out to a private courtyard terrace which again enjoys views over the Umbrian hills. This is the perfect spot to enjoy an aperitivo before sampling the food at one of Spello's excellent restaurants.

The Neighborhood:
This luxury Umbria holiday rental is situated in the old part of Spello within walking distance of some superb restaurants, cafes and wine bars. Spello is a magical town. The locals are incredibly friendly and there are some wonderful family run food stores and boutiques. Guests can also hire electric bikes in the town which is a great way of exploring the surrounding countryside or you can enjoy an idyllic cycle ride between Spello and neighbouring Assisi that takes you through vineyards and olive groves.

Please note that, effective 1 June 2023, the municipality of Spello has imposed a city tax of 2.50 euros per person per night. This must be paid locally on arrival in cash.

Getting Around:
A car isn't necessary as there are restaurants and shops within walking distance. However, you may want to hire a car should you wish to explore further afield.
