My home is a stylish lodge situated on Spring Lake, an idyllic location in the heart of Cotswold Lakes, close to the market town of Cirencester.
The lodge comfortably sleeps 6, with one king size and two double bedrooms, an open-plan living space and large terrace overlooking the lake . It is a fantastic base from which to experience the wide range of activities the Cotswolds Lakes has to offer and also to explore the nearby picturesque Cotswolds villages and countryside.

The lodge is a wonderful two storey home, perfect for groups of family or friends. It offers plenty of living space, including a good sized terrace providing uninterrupted stunning views over Spring Lake.
The ground floor of the lodge is a spacious, bright and tastefully decorated open-plan living space. Guests enter the lodge into the modern fully equipped kitchen, including large Smeg fridge freezer, oven, induction hob, microwave and washing machine. Moving through the lodge, there is the dining area which comfortably caters for six guests and is equally suitable for a quick breakfast or more formal dinner at the end of a busy day!
The lounge area beyond has two sofas and a large Smart TV, with sunlight streaming through the wall to wall bi-fold patio doors! (Note: The sofas are sofa-beds and additional bedding can be supplied on request)
Outside guests will find a large terrace with dining furniture, making it a great place to relax and enjoy al fresco dining, whilst admiring the peaceful and uninterrupted lake-side views. The terrace has a gate making it secure for children, with steps leading down to a communal grass area adjacent to the lake.
Heading up the stairs, guests will find the spacious king sized bedroom, offering wonderful views across the lake. There are two double bedrooms, which have a connecting door. All beds come with hotel quality crisp cotton sheets, and fluffy towels are provided for each guest together with complementary toiletries.
The family bathroom is located upstairs, with an additional shower-room and WC downstairs.
There is one designated parking space, with further free parking available close by on first come first served basis.
Please no smoking or vaping is permitted inside the property.
CHECK IN
Check in time is from 3pm but we will try to let you get into the property sooner, if requested. It just depends if we have guests staying the night before. Please try to give as much notice as possible with your arrival time and update on the day with any changes / delays.

Check out is 10am, so we can get the property ready for our next guests.

The online verification process requires a government-issued photo ID and a credit or debit card. During this process, you may choose between a refundable GBP 500 deposit (plus GBP 10 transaction fee currency equivalent) or purchase a non-refundable damage waiver of GBP 40 (currency equivalent) to cover potential damages during your stay.
Once verification is successfully completed, the check-in information will be provided. If you opted in for a deposit, this will be refunded via credit/debit card after your stay, subject to an inspection of the property.
