Located in a pleasant residential road just a couple of minute’s walk from the vibrant town centre, this bright and airy property offers plenty of space and modern comforts. Equipped with all the essentials, it provides a perfect base for both relaxation and exploration during your stay. Whether you're visiting for business or leisure, Farningham Residence ensures a comfortable and convenient home away from home.
The Space:
Farningham Residence offers a beautifully sloped garden with a traditional English rockery, a terrace with stunning valley views, and an outdoor dining area with a parasol and BBQ for al fresco dining. Parking is available for one car on the driveway. Inside, enjoy super-fast fibre optic Virgin broadband with unlimited downloads. The spacious living room features a sofa bed, two relaxing chairs, and a 4K Smart HDTV. The open-plan dining room, with an extendable round table, is perfect for family meals and conversations, and also has a 4K flat screen TV. The fully equipped kitchen includes an induction hob, electric oven, dishwasher, microwave, and hob extractor fan. There's a separate laundry area with a washing machine and tumble dryer. The bathroom has a bath with a rainfall shower. Upstairs, the master bedroom boasts a super king bed (convertible to singles upon request), 4K Smart HDTV, mirrored wardrobe, and en-suite WC. The second bedroom also features a super king bed (convertible to singles), a 4K Smart HDTV, and ample storage. Please note, the stairs are quite steep.
