Old Dairy Court is a lovely two-bedroom holiday let in central Sheringham, just a short stroll from the beach and main high street. It features a double bedroom, a twin room, a fully equipped kitchen, and a spacious living room that opens onto an enclosed south-facing garden. Perfectly located on the North Norfolk coast, it’s an ideal spot for exploring or enjoying the charm of Sheringham.

The Space:
The living room offers two comfy sofas and plenty of entertainment, including a Freesat TV, DVD player, HiFi, and puzzles.

The fully equipped kitchen includes an electric oven, gas hob, microwave/combi oven, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, and washing machine, along with a dining table for four.

This charming home accommodates up to four guests, featuring a king-size bedroom with a Juliet balcony and a twin room with two singles. Both bedrooms are well-furnished with wardrobes, drawers, bedside tables, and TVs.

There's a bathroom with a bath and shower on the first floor, plus a ground-floor cloakroom with a WC. Extra storage is available in the under-stairs cupboard.

Outside, enjoy the south-facing garden, accessible through patio doors from the living room.

Guest Access:
Guests have access to the full property. The keys will be collected from a key collection site close to Old Dairy Court between 2pm to 4pm, and full access details will be provided shortly before your arrival date..

Sheringham is compact and very walkable, with most attractions, shops, and eateries easily accessible on foot. Exploring the town’s high street, beach, and surrounding areas can be done comfortably by walking or cycling. For those looking to venture further afield, the North Norfolk Heritage Railway offers a scenic 10.5-mile steam train journey through the stunning countryside to Holt. Local buses and taxis are also available for exploring the wider North Norfolk coast. Additionally, driving is a convenient way to discover the surrounding villages, coastline, and attractions at your own pace.

Sheringham is about 40 minutes from Norwich via the A140 and A148, and approximately 3 hours from London. There are several public car parks available in Sheringham, making it convenient for drivers.

Sheringham has its own train station, offering regular services on the Bittern Line between Norwich and Sheringham. Norwich is well-connected to London Liverpool Street and other major cities, making the train a convenient option for visitors from across the UK.

Sheringham is served by the Coasthopper bus service, which links the town with other popular coastal destinations, such as Cromer, Wells-next-the-Sea, and Hunstanton. Local buses also connect Sheringham to nearby towns like Holt and Fakenham.

The nearest airport is Norwich International Airport, about a 40-minute drive from Sheringham. From there, you can hire a car or take a taxi to reach the town.
