Villa ai Boschetti is located in a quiet, hilly area in the municipality of Camaiore, just 9 km from Viareggio.
Surrounded by an enclosed garden with lawn and private outdoor parking for 10 cars, the villa boasts a delightful patio furnished with dining table for 10 people, barbecue and lounge area, ideal setting to relax.
At a lower level of the garden there is a private tennis court for the exclusive use of guests and a beautiful pool (12 x 6 m, depth from 1.80 to 3 m). The pool is open from May to the end of September, and is equipped with sun loungers, diving board, changing room with toilet, outdoor shower, and gazebo with table and seats.

Internal Description

Villa ai Boschetti is spread over 2 floors and can accommodate up to 9 people, has 5 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms. Internet Wifi is included. Some fans are available. Small pets are allowed on request.

Ground floor: The ground floor houses the living area consisting of a cozy and bright living room with direct access to the patio, elegantly furnished with sofas, armchairs, tv, fireplace, and table.
Following is a dining room with a table for 8-10 people, and a large rustic kitchen, fully equipped with: oven, stove, fridge, toaster, coffee machine, dishwasher, and breakfast table.
Also on this floor there is a double bedroom with ensuite bathroom (with shower), and a toilet.

First floor: The upper floor is dedicated to the sleeping area, divided as follows: 1 double bedroom with ensuite bathroom (with bathtub/shower); 1 double bedroom with ensuite bathroom (with hot tub/shower); 1 bedroom with French bed (120 cm); 1 single bedroom. The bedroom with French bed and the single bedroom share a bathroom with shower. Moreover 2 bedrooms have direct access to a private terrace.

Prices and conditions

Included in the price: Utilities (water, gas, electricity); Internet Wifi.

Excluded from the price: Final cleaning (400.00€). Tourist tax if required (the amount usually varies, depending on location, from 0.50€ to 4.00€ per person per night for a maximum of seven nights, excluding minors, and will be paid upon arrival).

Security deposit: Customers are required to pay 1,800.00€ security deposit (credit card), which will be returned at the end of the stay upon any damages. A deposit for waste disposal (120.00€) is also requested (cash), and it will be returned if the waste is correctly disposed of.
