access it both by lift or stairs.

As you enter the apartment, you step into a spacious open area with the kitchen and dining space on your left and the living room on your right. Both the kitchen and living room open onto separate balconies. The balcony off the living room is expansive, featuring a dining table, a view of the beach, and a connection to the master bedroom. Beyond the living room, you'll find two bedrooms and a bathroom.
