The Space:
Step inside our spacious 1 bedroom home, featuring a beautiful kitchen, a bathroom and a wonderful view over Bucharest and the Atheneum.

Our home has been designed for both long term stays as well as short. Here’s an overview:

• Living Room

- Large extendable couch for larger families or friends travelling together.
- Dining table that easily accommodates 4 people.
- Large TV for a comfortable viewing.
- AC unit covering the entire living area.

• Kitchen

- Fully equipped kitchen with all required pans & cooking utensils, small fridge, microwave oven, induction stove as well as a DeLonghi fresh coffee machine.

• Bedroom

- Comfortable Queen size bed with memory foam mattress.
- Wardrobe for your personal belongings.
- AC unit covering the entire room.

• Bathroom

- Walk in shower for a comfortable experience.
- Blow dryer and a full range of toiletries offered.
- Washing machine + clothes rack.

Guest Access:
Guests have full access of the space during their stay. Depending on the circumstances (e.g. emergencies, parties or complaints from neighbours), there may be times where our team requires entry into the home, especially in cases where the guest is unreachable. Our team will do our best to communicate any such events in advance.

The Neighborhood:
Our home is located right in the heart of the city, next to the Atheneum and Calea Victoriei. Within a 10 minute radius are over 100 restaurants, clubs and pubs, plus many shops. Walk in nearby Cismigiu Park, one of the city's most beautiful open spaces.

Getting Around:
Very close to the apartment, in Piata Romana or Universitate, you will find a multitude of ways of transportation. Bus, Taxis, Metro and more.

Other Things to Note:
• Please note that for safety & security reasons, our home features a video doorbell outside of the apartment.

• We require that each reservation contains the correct number of guests, either staying for the entire length of the stay or part of it. Penalties may apply otherwise.

• We reserve the right to carry out unannounced inspections of our home, if there is suspicion of inappropriate behaviour, illegal activities or possible damage to the space.

• If you are booking for commercial purposes (e.g. photoshoots), kindly notify us in advance with the details of your use of the property, as terms and pricing may vary.

• Guests are required to complete a Check In Form prior to their arrival which includes standard information (e.g. aprox. emergency contact number, etc.) as well as submitting a photo ID.
