Welcome to this beautifully maintained semi-detached Victorian home, with a private, well-kept garden, and a pond with fish. Located in a quiet area with no parking restrictions and a private driveway, it’s just a short walk from charming cafes, parks, and public transport links to central London. This home offers a welcoming and stylish retreat in a peaceful area, perfect for families, couples, or friends looking for a memorable stay.
Enjoy this charming multi-level apartment with its private garden.
Step into the first living room, complete with a soft sofa, armchairs and decorative fireplace, perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring London. Adjacent to it is a second living room, featuring a comfortable sofa and coffee table. A convenient half-bathroom is also located on this floor for your comfort.
Just a few stairs downstairs, you’ll find a fully equipped kitchen with all the modern appliances you need to prepare your favorite meals and a dining area with an extendable table (4-8 people). There is the underfloor heating in the kitchen.
From the kitchen, step out into a lovely private garden with a pond with fish. The garden features outdoor furniture and is perfect for enjoying a morning coffee or an evening drink in the fresh air.
Ascend to the first landing, there’s a bedroom with two single beds and two dedicated workspaces, ideal if you need to catch up on work during your stay. A modern bathroom with a shower is also located on this floor for your convenience.
On the second landing, you'll find two large bedrooms: one with a king-size bed and the other with a queen bed. The king bedroom also includes comfortable armchairs and a spacious wardrobe for all your belongings. The queen bedroom also has a dedicated workspace.
Also on the second floor, there's a family bathroom featuring a relaxing bathtub, perfect for unwinding after a long day.
All bedrooms are furnished with hotel-quality linens, and we provide complimentary toiletries to ensure a comfortable stay.
TADO heating system installed for radiators and hot water.
The cellar on the lower ground floor has laundry facilities, a washing machine and a dryer.
My apartment will be professionally cleaned before your stay.

You will have total access to my place so please treat it as your own and respect it. I aim to make each of my guests comfortable by allowing everyone to enjoy my place in its entirety.
I provide complimentary fresh linen, towels, and toiletries (shower gel, soap, shampoo) for your stay!
Please note that ADDITIONAL linen costs £30 per pack. Message me if you need it and I will tell you where it is stored or arrange a delivery. For additional cleaning please contact me as well.
Whilst I will not be available in person, I the engage help of a professional management company, so you can be sure that your stay will be flawless!
Late check-out requested in advance is available at £30 per hour. Latest check-out time is 1pm.
Unauthorised late check out will be charged at £50 per hour.
Please don't move any furniture around the house, if you do, please move it back to where it was when you checked in.
If the furniture is not in the correct place after your check out, you would be charged 100 GBP.
Smoking is strongly prohibited, penalty £500
