The Sunset Lane Home is composed through the prestigious aspects of tranquility & luxury. The property is situated in a remarkably peaceful & statured area of West Vancouver known as West Bay, offering unparalleled views of the ocean & coast that will inspire guests through the natural serenity of the area.
The home is designed through modern monochromatic color blocking, offering an open-concept layout that benefits from large windows & patios to create a contemporary, breathable ethos.
The Sunset Lane Home is characterized by way of modern design & high-tech features, coupled with the natural serenity and beauty local to the area. The home exhibits an open-concept breathable design, with functionality being shown in each facet of the home.
The main floor of the home is comprised of a large, open living space, seamlessly designed with the kitchen and an additional cozy living space. The powder room is at the front door, equipped with a touchless water handle. The large patio is fitted with two electric heaters & a fire pit, as well as comfortable outdoor furniture.
The home contains 3 bedrooms:
The master bedroom is situated on the main floor, offering a king-size bed, a full walk-in closet, a full double sink bath with a separate shower and bathtub, and a Juliet balcony offering sublime views.
The second bedroom is found on the downstairs level, with an en-suite bathroom and closet. The views from this room are stunning through the large windows and Juliet balcony.
The third bedroom is on the downstairs level, and also contains an en-suite bathroom & closet. This floor also provides a pullout couch for additional guest sleeping quarters.
Additional amenities within the home include:
- Two car garage & two car driveway
- Paddleboards for guests to use
- Two-minute walk to beach access, where paddleboards can be launched
- Smart lock front door with auto open/lock
- Touchless light switches & water taps
- Kangen water dispenser
- Fully filtered home water system
Guests will have access to:
- The entire home and all amenities offered within.
- Two beaches, only a two-minute walk away.
- A full 2-car garage and driveway.

West Bay is a special part of West Vancouver that has long had a reputation of stature & status within the local and international community. The neighbourhoods of West Vancouver Waterfront West feature hidden beaches, postcard-perfect perches, and outstanding west coast architecture.
With names such as Sandy Cove, and West Bay Park and hard-to-find places such as Stearman Beach, sandy beaches and stunning views of Lions Gate Bridge, Stanley Park and cruise ships sailing by are par-for-the-course for residents in West Vancouver Waterfront West. Speaking of golf, the nearby par 35 Gleneagles Golf Course has been voted one of Canadian Golf Course magazine’s best 9-hole tracks in the country. The most famous attraction in this part of West Van is the oft-photographed Point Atkinson Lighthouse at Lighthouse Park, in operation since 1875 and a National Historic Site. McKechnie Park located in the Sandy Cove neighbourhood is a large forested area with numerous off-leash trails and tennis courts. The nearby slopes of Cypress Mountain offer world-class skiing and snowboarding, while the Baden-Powell trail is a must for hikers and bird watchers. The Gleneagles Community Centre features an aquatic centre, ice arena, seniors’ activity centre and more.
For getting around West Bay in West Vancouver, a personal vehicle is highly recommended. Uber & Lyft are available in the area.
Parking is available on the street from two white markers on either side of the home. While parking on the street, please park as close to the curb as possible, as it is a small street.
The paddleboards are available for guests to use. In order to get to the beaches, walk down Sunset Lane, cross the street and you will see pedestrian paths that lead directly to the beaches.
