There are two bathrooms in the property. Both are equipped with an overhead shower, toilet and sink. Finally, a W/C on the ground floor under the stairs.

As this home is in a quiet neighborhood, quiet hours start at 10 PM. Loud music, parties, or smoking indoors will activate our monitoring systems and lead to eviction.
