This charming home, just a 3-minute walk from Newquay town centre, offers sea views, a private garden, and parking—perfect for families or friends. The ground floor features a bright lounge, dining area, modern kitchen opening to a terrace, and a cloakroom. Upstairs, four double bedrooms include an en-suite and sea views, with flexible sleeping arrangements. Outdoors, enjoy a raised deck with furniture, a garden with sun loungers, and a playhouse, making it ideal for relaxation and fun.

Newquay is synonymous with seaside living, and its beautiful beaches are easily accessible. Fistral and Great Western Beaches are only a three-minute drive or a 15-minute walk from the house, while the family-friendly Porth Beach is just 15 minutes away by car.

Good Housekeeping Bond
We ask our guests for a £250 good housekeeping bond, which is pre-authorised against your card. This is in case there is any damage to the property during your stay. The money is simply reserved and then released afterwards if there is no claim. We will contact you nearer the time of your arrival to arrange this.

This property is best suited to families and does not permit party groups, stag or hen do's.

For guest’s safety, Sea Boots has a motion sensor Smart Doorbell, which records guests and visitors when approaching the front door.

Please note, the property manager will meet you at the property to hand over the keys and make sure your arrival is hassle-free.
