The apartment is located on the 2nd floor of a renovated building with elevator; It has a bedroom with a double bed, a living room with a double sofa bed, a dining table for 4 people, a TV cabinet, an equipped kitchen, storage cupboards, a bathroom and a private outdoor terrace facing the the rears. Air conditioning in the rooms and towel dryer in the bathroom.



All check-ins made after midnight are subject to an extra fee of €20 paid in cash upon arrival.

After check-in/during your stay, additional costs may apply if:
- Loss of key;
- Key forgotten inside the apartment;
- Key forgotten inside the apartment, inside the lock.
Depending on the situation, the cost of the locksmith is between 40 / 150 Eur.
