For more scenery and wildlife, visit Mamhead Woods (6 miles) and Haldon Forest Park (2.5 miles). Those visiting with children will love a trip to Crealy Theme Park (8 miles) or the Donkey Sanctuary (18 miles) in East Devon’s coastal National Landscape. Also nearby, discover the warm microclimate of Torbay with trips to Torquay (19 miles), Paignton (21 miles), and Brixham (25 miles).

A dining table encourages you to sit comfortably and raise a glass at mealtimes, whilst the sofas and Smart TV are made for those cosy movie nights. The first of three bedrooms is downstairs, along with a handy WC. This bedroom is a twin room with French doors accessing the courtyard garden. Venturing up the staircase, you’ll reach two further bedrooms. Laid out as a king-size and a second twin, these rooms are appealing and comfortable. The larger of the rooms enjoys sole access to an en-suite bathroom, whilst the other two bedrooms are served by a family bathroom on this floor.
Venture out into the courtyard via the twin bedroom. Tucked away, this private, quiet patio space is enclosed and furnished with outdoor seating, an ideal spot to steal away for a breath of fresh air. There is also a lockable shed for you to store bikes, surfboards, luggage etc. There is private parking for two cars.
