Cute place on 1st floor
The apartment is very cute and we really appreciated that it was on the 1st floor after several days of staying at other places with lots of stairs. The owner was very friendly and accommodating, and had an easy self check-in process. We just had to meet a second person for the key and she was a bit late, but that was the only small hiccup. Since there were only 3 of us (2 adults and 1 teenager) the layout was fine, but for a larger family it could get interesting, as one of the rooms has only about a foot between the bed and wall to get by, and the toilet is butted up to a bathroom counter so your knees are in the counter when you're answering nature's call. But there is also another toilet in the laundry area that has more space. It was March and we got eaten by mosquitos after leaving the windows open for some air while we slept, however, that's more of a "just so you know" when you go and not really anything to do with the apartment itself. Also, there are two places on the street with the same address number, so make sure you check in with the owner to verify you go to the right one.
