Escape to the Norfolk coast with friends or family and stay at this contemporary home where light-filled living spaces and a spacious, private garden await after a day of exploration. Known for its unique west-facing beaches, Heacham is one of the few places on the east coast where you can enjoy colourful sunsets. The village has two dog-friendly beaches, ideal for leisurely walks or a splash in the sea, making it an excellent spot for those travelling with pets. The promenade extends all the way to the carrstone cliffs of neighbouring Hunstanton, 3 miles away, where you’ll find classic seaside attractions like fish 'n' chip shops, sweet shops, arcades, and the Sea Life Centre. Norfolk Lavender is located 1 mile from Heacham, where you can wander through fragrant lavender fields, explore the farm shop, or let the children enjoy the soft play area. History enthusiasts can visit the Sandringham Estate, a 6-mile drive away, the royal family's much-loved country retreat. Drive 18 miles to Holkham Hall, a grand Palladian mansion set in beautiful parkland, offering a blend of history and scenic walks.
Enter through the welcoming entrance porch and into the cosy lounge, featuring two plush sofas, a stylish electric fire, and a Smart TV – perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring. Pass through double doors into the open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner, all warmed by underfloor heating. The well-equipped kitchen has everything you need to cook up a storm, while the dining area is perfect for family meals. The adjacent sunroom offers comfortable seating, a second Smart TV, and patio doors leading to the garden. The ground floor also hosts a king-size bedroom with its own patio doors opening to the garden, as well as an en-suite bathroom featuring a wet-room-style shower and a freestanding bath. A door from the bathroom leads to a handy utility area with a sink and a separate entrance – ideal for rinsing off sandy toes or muddy paws after your beach or countryside adventures. Upstairs, you'll discover three additional bedrooms: a king-size with a TV, a twin room with single beds, and a snug single bedroom. The first floor is complete with a contemporary shower room.
