The County Cricket Ground is also very nearby, and continuing over the main bridge takes you into Worcester City Centre, with a wide range of shops, restaurants, bars and historic sites including Worcester Cathedral.

The M5 motorway is also close by an gives easy access to the Malvern Hills, the Cotswolds, Cheltenham and historic Gloucester. Events at Three Counties Showground are also only a 15 minute drive away.

The house is very versatile, and would be suitable for families, groups of friends, work colleagues attending events locally and other corporate guests. It has high speed 150 mbps Wi-Fi through making it an ideal workspace as well.

Bedroom 2 is a bright and airy room at the front of the house on the first floor, which also has double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers and desk.

Bedroom 3 also sits on the first floor, and has a window overlooking the rear garden. It has a double bed, wardrobe, desk and chest of drawers.

Bedroom 4 is a fantastic attic room, with a door leading off the first floor landing. It has dual aspect Velux windows, a double bed, desk, chest of drawers and hanging space.

The shower room is at the rear of the house on the first floor, newly renovated with a large walk in shower, WC and sink.

A convenient pull out drying rack also hangs from the wall in the first floor landing.

Although the house can accommodate 8 people sleeping in 4 double beds, this may be more suited to a large family group due to the single bathroom.

Infants can be accommodated but you would need to bring your own travel cot please.
