The Space:
This impressive and large Two Bedroom Apartment is on the first floor of a stunning Grade II listed building on the Kemptown seafront. An apartment with unrestricted and exceptional views of the Beach Ocean, and the Palace Pier.
Entrance to the apartment and into the Hallway, directly ahead of you leads through and into a large open plan kitchen/living space with atmospheric lighting throughout & quirky design features. The three large sash windows give sensational views of the seafront, stretching from the Marina in the East, the beach and ocean in front, the Palace Pier, and then westwards to the Brighton i360 and far around the coast to Worthing Pier. The windows in this room offer a constant stream of natural light and have original wooden shutters.
This magnificent Two-Bedroom Apartment offers plenty of space to seclude and relax yourself with a comfy ''King Size Bed'' in each rooms large sofa bed in living room. Lay your head to rest after you have explored the city. The mattresses are comfortable and of high quality.
We have put a lot of care into making the space refreshing and cozy as well as being smart and contemporary. With every inch tailored to perfection, this apartment makes for a wonderful stay.
The kitchen and bathroom are perfected to a remarkably high standard to make your stay as relaxing as possible. The kitchen, where you can show your culinary skills is suitable for prep cooks and executive chefs! Considering the central location, you will be able to access all the must-visit spots within a short walk. The bathrooms are newly renovated and is the perfect place to prepare for an adventure outside the apartment.
Outside a stunning balcony overlooks Brighton Beach from one side to another so why not sit back and enjoy a glass of wine watching the waves crash in following a hard day of shopping, sunbathing and soaking in the cosmopolitan diverse culture that Brighton has to offer. The area boasts numerous pubs where you can rest up and grab a drink, too.
Away from the centre at Brighton Marina (20 mins), you’ll find bowling and a cinema.
Loads to do for all tastes, from outdoor adventures for city explorers to total isolation for those who prefer the homely and the comfy!
Getting Around:
Brighton is a seaside resort on the south coast of England 47 miles (75 km) south of London. Brighton Station is 30 minutes from Gatwick Airport by train or it's 35-45 mins by car. There’re also plenty of taxis from Brighton train station which will cost around £5-10 to reach our apartment.
On foot is the easiest way to explore Brighton & this property is close to everything the City has to offer. Short walk to Brighton Pier, Beach & Royal Pavilion

Please remember that you are staying in our apartment, not a hotel. Please treat the space with respect.
Our apartment is within a friendly building shared with a few other households, some with young children, so it’s not suited to any guests thinking of parties or other noisy activities. As noted we have strict policies regarding noise, smoking, occupancy limits, property damage, and cleanliness.
It is also on the first floor, so do bear that in mind when booking as there is no lift.
We understand that sometimes accidents happen! Should you break or damage anything please let us know immediately so that we can take steps to repair or replace it.
If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action ASAP, but there is no one living on-site 24/7.
The age limit is 21 years.
