Luxury beach front Villa Il Tombolino

The Tombolino estate is the summer residence of a well known Florentine aristocratic family. This marvellous stretch of land which runs along the famous maremma coastline lies 1 hour south of Pisa very close to the famous village of bolgheri which The new york Times ranked 11th out of 44 places to go in 2009. The Villa has its own private garden and swimming pool and private access to the beach.

Maid service: 4 hours per day 7 days per week: no charge. Additional maid service: 12 Euro per hour.
Final cleaning: no charge.
Utilities: electricity consumption (including for air conditioning) free up to 350 kwh per week, the excess charged at 0.35 Euro per kwh. Other utilities: no charge.
Weekly linen and towel change including beach towels: no charge. Extra changes charged at 20 Euro per room for linen and 15 Euro per bathroom for towels.
Continental style breakfast preparation: no charge, but grocery and ingredient purchase costs payable separately.
12.Telephone and internet: there is a telephone at the property use of which is charged at cost. Wi-fi connection: free of charge.
MANDATORY ADDITIONAL COSTS
Visitor’s local tax to be paid to the owner: 0,50 euro per person per day for a maximum of 7 nights. It does not apply to children under 14 years of age.

Heating: charged at 3.50 Euro per unit/cubic metre.
Baby sitter: dependent upon availability, 15 Euro per hour.
Cot/High chair: 20 Euro per item, cot linen is not provided.
Groceries: 30 Euro plus grocery purchase costs.
Cook: dependent upon availability, charged on the basis of time spent shopping, cooking and clearing at 15 Euro per hour plus grocery purchase costs payable upon presentation of a note of time spent and shopping receipts. You should expect to be charged a minimum of 4 hours per meal and you may be asked for a float depending on the level of expenses incurred. You should order meals at least 24 hours in advance and pay the owner or as he directs. Lunches will be served as a buffet between 12.00 and 2.00 pm, and dinners will be served at table between 7.00 and 9.00 pm. There

The village of marina di bibbona , at less than 3 minutes from the estate, offers excellent shopping facilites. you will find a small supermarket, a bar, a bank and a post office, as well as a typical trattoria specialised in the regional country fare.

Supermarket - CONAD - big supermarket with very good food in via dei melograni in marina di bibbona and cecina (Via Pisana livornese). otherwise there is a small supermarket in marina di bibbona (centro commer- ciale h).
Greengrocer - centro commerciale h (see above), otherwise along the main road driving towards bolgheri you can buy fruit and veg directly form the producer.
