Our property is conveniently located just a 5 minute drive or 20 minutes walk to Union Square, they heart of Aberdeen's City Centre. Aberdeen Airport is only 20 minutes from our home. Additionally, Aberdeen Train Station is only 1.3 miles from our home.

Our home is located in a quiet residential area consisting of families with a friendly and safe feel to the area. There is space for free parking in the apartment block car park. Shops are within walking distance including takeaways and convenience store (groceries)

Our property is conveniently located in the heart of Aberdeen, offering easy access to both the city centre and surrounding areas. Offering a range of transportation options that make it easy to get around the city and beyond. Aberdeen Bus Station (Union Square) is just 10 to 15 minutes walk while Aberdeen Railway Station is 15 minutes walk. Aberdeen International Airport is easily accessible by taxi which is 25 to 30 minutes drive.
Guests must be quiet between 19:00 and 11:00.
Smoking is not allowed.
Parties/events are not allowed
This property will not accommodate hen, stag, or similar parties.
