This inviting living room is beautifully furnished and offers a cosy sitting area perfect for relaxation. Enjoy your favorite shows on the smart TV (note: there’s no live TV, but feel free to log in to your streaming accounts, just remember to log out when you're done). The space also features a stylish dining table, creating the ideal setting for unwinding and enjoying quality time with your group.

The neighborhood offers a great mix of pubs, cafes, and restaurants. For drinks, The Swimmer at the Grafton Arms is a charming spot with food and outdoor seating, while The Lamb is cozy and affordable. Myddleton Arms is a bit further but offers a lovely atmosphere, and Indiebeer is a great craft beer shop where you can drink in or take beer home.
For food, Broccoli is a local café with great coffee and brunch, and Rua Coffee next to Holloway Road station serves excellent coffee. If you’re craving French, Le Péché Mignon is a cozy café with pastries. For a hearty fry-up, check out Wagon Café or Titanic.
The area has a range of good restaurants, including Trullo for Italian, Westerns Laundry for small plates, and Sambal Shiok for Malaysian laksa. For Chinese, Xian Impressions serves delicious hand-pulled noodles.
For shopping, Waitrose is conveniently close, and you’ll find other supermarkets along Holloway Road. Blue17 is a well-stocked vintage shop, and Upper Street in Islington has many lovely boutiques.
With easy access to the rest of London, nearby green spaces like Highbury Fields and Hampstead Heath are perfect for a relaxing day, and Alexandra Palace offers stunning views of the city.
The property is easily accessible by public transport and car.
The nearest train station, Holloway Road, is just a 7-minute walk.
Heathrow Airport is a 1h19 drive from the property.
This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the flat. You can check in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (3 PM).
Also, we charge £50 for each set of lost keys (security keys may cost more). There may be an additional cost to replace the locks for security purposes. So, please keep your keys safe.
There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a minimum of £300 for the smoking fee.
We do not allow parties, large gatherings, loud noises, or outside guests. Should we receive sufficient evidence of such activity, we reserve the right to cancel your stay (without a refund) and may involve a security team to evict you. Any associated cost will be charged to you via your security deposit. Local authorities may also be present (if required).
