The apartment:

This cosy apartment located on the semi-basement floor of the building can accommodate up to six guests.

Its modern design provides a pleasant atmosphere in all its rooms. The living room has a double sofa bed, a great designer chair, a smart TV and an attractive decor that brings warmth to the space.

The dining area, located in the living room area, invites you to enjoy meals and after-dinner conversations in good company. The modern kitchen is fully equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay.

The apartment has two great and spacious bedrooms with double beds, and two comfortable full bathrooms with showers and a toilet.

The apartment has air conditioning.

Respect: In order to ensure good coexistence and respect for the neighbours and residents, this apartment is equipped with a 24-hour noise monitoring system. Guests are required to comply with the established rest hours at all times.

The check-in process involves a mandatory online registration of each guest prior to accessing the apartment. Please note that a late check-in from 21:00 to 02:00 incurs a supplement of 50 EUR, which must be paid in cash.
