Welcome to Petit Palais, a beautifully refurbished townhouse situated just a few meters from Marbells´s incredible golden-mile beaches. This sleek, light, modern home offers a guests an idyllic retreat in a peaceful community, nestled amongst the most popular and vibrant areas of Marbella. With four spacious bedrooms, it comfortably accommodates up to eight guests, making it perfect for families and groups of friends.
Petit Palais boasts large front and rear terraces, equipped with comfortable outdoor furniture and dining areas, ideal for enjoying meals al fresco or relaxing in the sea breeze. The property is fitted with all the modern conveniences including high-speed Wi-Fi, a washing machine, hair dryers in each bathroom, and air conditioning to ensure a comfortable stay. For entertainment, guests can enjoy satellite TV with channels in Spanish, English, German, Dutch, French, Russian, Swedish, and Norwegian.
Here, all manner of activities and attractions are available on the doorstep, including a swimming pool, tennis court, and paddle tennis court all within the community and free to use. There´s a beachfront walkway (paseo maritimo) connecting Marbella to the east, with Puerto Banus to the west, and all can be accessed by walking or cycling.
The fully equipped kitchen features a refrigerator, microwave, oven, freezer, and dishwasher, as well as dishes, cutlery, kitchen utensils, a coffee machine, toaster, kettle, and juicer, providing everything needed to prepare delicious meals at home.
Marbella is renowned for its glamorous lifestyle, pristine beaches, and historic charm. The Golden Mile, a stretch of coastline between Marbella and Puerto Banús, is the heart of the action, and the community of Marbellamar is perfectly placed within walking distance to all the main hot-spots. Visitors can bask in the sun on sandy beaches, swim in the Mediterranean, or try their hand at various water sports. Dining options are plentiful, ranging from fine beachfront restaurants to vibrant nightlife spots. Those looking for culture will adore Marbella's old town, with its charming narrow streets, historic churches, and cozy cafés, while just a five minute drive to the west brings you to Puerto Banus, full of high-end boutiques and luxury storefronts all within a port that´s host to some of the most renowned restaurants and nightlife in Spain.

Guests staying for more than a week will be entitled to a free clean and mid-stay towel and bed linen change. By prior arrangement and at an additional cost this can be arranged more frequently if required. We can also provide maid's service and arrange catering for you in the property. One of our team will always personally check you in and out and will be on hand if you need anything (we all live nearby) but otherwise we will leave you alone to enjoy your holiday in peace and quiet.

Please note that the swimming pool opening hours are as follows;

Easter:
From March 23 to March 30: from 11:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. (depends on good weather)

From June 1 to June 15: From 11:00 a.m. to 19:00 p.m.

From June 16 to August 31: From 11:00 a.m. to 21:00 p.m.

From September 1 to October 15: from 11:00 a.m. to 19:00 p.m.
