All bedrooms are located on the upper floor, two with en suite shower room and the third bedroom with full bathroom. On the garden level guests have access to a second spacious living / TV room with comfortable sofas, the ideal spot to relax and take a break from the midday sun. A sleep sofa is available upon request, ideal for teenagers or 2 additional house guests, a bathroom with shower unit is located on the same level. The villa is equipped with AC throughout, there is a separate laundry room with washer and dryer and a secure garage for 2 cars.
