Welcome to our modern 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom flat, perfect for families, professionals, or travellers. Located on the top floor, it offers stunning views from the balcony and has been recently renovated for modern comfort. Just a minute’s walk from Colindale train station (reopening Dec 2024), restaurants, cafés, and major motorways (A5, A406, M1), it’s an excellent base for exploring Central London and beyond. It’s also close to London’s museums and Middlesex University for added convenience.
Step inside to discover a welcoming and thoughtfully designed space, recently refurbished to provide a fresh, modern atmosphere. The flat features a console table in the hallway for added convenience, while the living room includes a sofa bed, comfortably accommodating an additional two guests. With both bedrooms and bathrooms carefully furnished, the property can comfortably host up to six guests, making it an ideal choice for families, friends, or colleagues travelling together.

Standard check-in time is 3 pm onwards, and check-out time is before 11 am. One extra night will be charged for late checkout / early check-in

BABY COT:
We can provide a baby travel cot (also known as a 'pack and play') upon request.
Please note that this service is available for a surcharge and requires at least 48 hours' notice. However, it's important to keep in mind that the travel cot comes with a thin mattress and we follow the Lullaby Trust's advice not to add any extra mattress or padding for safety reasons.
Also, please note that we don't provide baby bedding for the travel cot.
IMPORTANT: On behalf of our host at Pass the Keys, we require guest verification facilitated by Truvi (Previously called Superhog). Upon confirming your booking, Truvi will contact the lead booker via a secure link, providing detailed instructions for the verification process.
The online verification requires a government-issued photo ID and a credit or debit card. During this process, you may choose between a refundable GBP 500 deposit (plus GBP 10 transaction fee currency equivalent) or purchase a non-refundable damage waiver of GBP 40 (currency equivalent) to cover potential damages during your stay.
Once the verification process is successfully completed, check-in information will be provided. If you opted in for a deposit, this will be refunded via credit/debit card after your stay, subject to an inspection of the property.
