Descripción:
Cosy beachfront studio with wonderful views of the beach and private parking for 2 people.
We are on the Victoria beach, a very lively area with local atmosphere, close to taxi and bus stops, 10 minutes from the centre by car and bus and 25 minutes walk, along the promenade that offers unbeatable sunsets.
With many bars, restaurants, pubs, pharmacies, shops, supermarkets, surf schools, etc.

Cosy and well equipped studio, all brand new, on a fourth floor with lift. With great terrace and outside shower with good sea views, situated on the beach front. Good internet connectionThe double bed is 1,40cm x 2cm. The kitchen is fully equipped with microwave and oven.The terrace has an outside shower where you can take a shower while enjoying the sea views.We have private numbered parking in the same building and the access from the street is with a remote control that you have to pick up in the same flat. From the car park there is a lift that takes you directly to the flat.

We are a smoke-free space, so smoking is not allowed in any area or flat of the building.Take care of the flat:
On the day of departure please leave the flat in good condition.Close to each flat you will find rubbish bins.Do not leave dirty kitchenware in the kitchen.
We care about your rest and the rest of our neighbours. Please be aware of the noise during the whole day and especially after 10 p.m. please relax and enjoy the peace and quiet.

Make a conscious use of water, air conditioning and heating.Remember to turn off the air conditioning/heating when you are not in the flat. Help the energy crisis by making sure you turn everything off when you are not in the flat.
