The Space:
The bright and airy lounge features a flat-screen TV with Freesat, along with a dining table for up to six people.
The well-equipped kitchen has modern appliances, including a dishwasher, plus a small table for casual meals. A washing machine and tumble dryer are available in the utility room.
The Hideaway has two spacious bedrooms: a master with a king-size bed and a second bedroom with two single beds, perfect for children or extra guests.
The main bathroom includes a shower cubicle, bath, toilet, and basin. There’s also an additional WC off the kitchen for convenience.
The property offers a private rear garden with outdoor dining furniture and a BBQ.

Wells is part of the Norfolk Coast Path, a long-distance trail that runs along the coastline. You can enjoy walks to nearby villages like Holkham (approx. 2 miles west) or further along the coast to Blakeney or Cley-next-the-Sea.
