We will send your check-in details 48 hours prior to your check-in date and send your check-out details 24 hours before your departure date. We will also contact you shortly after arrival to make sure you have settled in okay, also giving you the opportunity to report any immediate concerns or ask any questions.

Travelling by road: The M20 and M2 motorways provide easy links from London into Thanet.
Broadstairs train station is short walk 10-15 min walk down the high st and is regularly served by South Eastern High Speed services travelling to/from London St Pancras as well as trains from London Victoria. The train from London St Pancras takes 80-90 minutes and a little longer from Victoria, and it’s just 50 minutes from Ashford International station
The National Express runs a national network of coach services. Coaches run from London Victoria to various stops in Thanet and take approximately 2 hours.
Frequent bus services: The Thanet Loop serves Margate, Cliftonville, Broadstairs, Ramsgate and Westwood Cross.
There are many local reasonalbly priced taxi companies serving Thanet.

Due to the seafront location parking directly outside in Chandos Square is pay and display. Free on-street parking can be found along West Cliff Road, Dumpton Park drive and other surrounding streets. These are all a short walk from the accommodation.

Health, safety, and well-being of our guests are of utmost importance. For this reason, we use a thorough cleaning process after each check-out.
★ NO SMOKING OR VAPING INSIDE ★
Please refrain from smoking / vaping inside the home! Any smoking evidence will result in a fee for odour removal and furniture cleaning.
