Dieses elegante historische Haus liegt nur wenige Schritte von der Altstadt von Fort Collins und dem schönen Campus der Colorado State University entfernt. Old Town ist eine charmant erhaltene Innenstadt mit über 80 Restaurants. Die malerische Gegend war die Inspiration für Disneyland "Main Street USA". Fort Collins ist stolz auf die Fülle von Restaurants und Outdoor-Aktivitäten, eine pulsierende Innenstadt und natürlich unser Bier. Das Haus bietet Platz für 4 Personen in zwei Queen-Betten. Es gibt eine schöne Gourmet-Küche, eine Waschmaschine / Trockner und eine Veranda, um die Passanten zu beobachten und genießen Sie die Lebendigkeit der Altstadt. Ebenfalls enthalten ist eine Terrasse mit Blick auf den Garten für alle Ihre Unterhaltung Bedürfnisse :))

Great place all around. Loud if somebody above you staying at same time, very noisy floors, thin walls...but our stay was great, the location great, would stay again!

Second time at the house and would definitely book again.

The location is perfect for our stays in Fort Collins. The apartment is very clean, nicely designed, decorated and over all a homey feel. I would definitely recommend this house either unit.

Great location!

We had a wonderful stay at this lovely house! The unit was well appointed and had everything that we needed for our stay. It was in a great location! We didn't have to drive anywhere once we got there. We would definitely stay at this unit again when we go back to Fort Collins!

Lovely place to stay in Fort Collins

Enjoyed the stay during a quick girls weekend getaway to Fort Collins. The house is spacious with a great backyard & deck to unwind after a day/night exploring the area. Would definitely stay here again - Harriet was easy to communicate with before & during the stay. It's an older home so floors are a little loud especially with guest upstairs but overall a great location!

Perfect location and Fantastic Host!

We had a lovely time. It was our first stay in Fort Collins and this was perfect for us. We walked to College Ave and were centrally located for our activities. We would stay here again. Our hostess was attentive with the house and things to do and lists of restaurants. Thank you for the home!

Wonderful property

I enjoyed the lovely property with my daughter for the weekend. It was perfectly situated near many things so we could walk and enjoy downtown. Harriet was very responsive on anything we needed and the property was wonderful with a very lovely backyard. I hope to be back in the future.

Lovely house , conveniently close to University campus

Really pleasant, well-maintained and scrupulously clean property that was very comfortable and very convenient for access to the university campus and a number of nearby restaurants. Communication with the landlord was fast, efficient and very helpful, and the nice garden out back was a plus. Landlord was also flexible regarding one of my requests and very pleasant to deal with. The perfect place to call home while away!

We had an amazing 10 day stay at 640 Remington! The house was beautiful, charming and very welcoming. It was clean and functioned perfectly as our home away from home. We enjoyed coffee on the front porch each morning and wine while barbecuing on the back patio overlooking the lovely backyard. The location is ideal and we can’t wait to return! Harriet was extremely easy to work with and extremely responsive to our every need. Thank you for such a fantastic vacation!

Great Place Great Location

My family and I were visiting for our daughter's CSU orientation in July. The house is conveniently located near campus and the center of town but still on a quiet street with quaint old houses. We walked everywhere. The house has all the amenities you need and air conditioning too! Harriet sent along a great list of places to eat and things to do which was a gem we'll keep since we'll be visiting often.

Great stay while touring CSU!

We stayed here for 3 nights and it was the perfect location for our daughters college visit. Only a couple blocks from the University and easy walk to downtown. Check-in process couldn’t have been easier! Highly recommend!

Great location close to CSU and downtown Ft Collins

Place had everything we needed. Plenty of space for 3 people. Floors are a little creaky and you notice it at first but then I really got to loving the sound as it gave this place even more character. We will certainly look to stay here again when visiting Ft Collins.

Charming home in ideal location

This historic home is both charming and comfortable outside and inside. The backyard space, including a large deck, was well manicured and relaxing. The inside is wonderfully refurbished with up-to-date living comforts, including kitchen, bathroom, bedrooms and living area. The kitchen area, with sitting space for 2 on the island, is well stocked with modern appliances and plenty of room for function. There is plenty of room for parking and space in both the backyard and front of house to relax outside. The location is within walking distance of a grocery store and all the shops and restaurants in Old Towne.

Hi, I'm Harriet! I have three grown kids and now want to share my love and respect of the history of Fort Collins. Sometimes, when I sit on the porch, I can visualize the horse and buggy's riding down the street in front of the house. I feel like a steward of this piece of Colorado history!

I love to cook creatively and have a gourmet kitchen which is well suited to food prep and dining as are the kitchens in my short term rentals:)
The five things I can not live without are my grown kids, my family and friends, my enthusiasm for life, my garden, and outdoor living. My life motto is: Success in life is not getting what you want, but wanting what you get!
