Lovely holidays

We had a lovely stay in the apartment. The beach was near, relax area next to the pool, all in a quiet neighborhood .. could not ask for more. It’s perfect for families. Thank you Joan for the hospitality. We’ll return.

"The apartment, surroundi...

"The apartment, surroundings and service was absolutely great, definitely exceeded our expectations. It was very clean and cosy, perfect location, only a few meters from the beach. The owner was very friendly and helpful. We will go back there next year for sure!"

Fantastic family holiday

Great location for a young family, so close to the large playground and easy access to the beach with a buggy. Some amazing restaurants close by too. Great location for the local busses too, around €6 for 4 adults and 2 kids under 4 to the port or Alcudia. The flat itself has everything you could need and really felt like we were in a home, so comfortable and welcoming. Joan and his mum were lovely to deal with, we'll definitely be recommending to our family and friends.

Spacious apartment in great location.

The apartment was perfect for us as a family of 4 with 2 older teenage kids. Location was great, quiet but less than 20 minutes walk into Porte De Pollença and 5 minutes to fantastic local restaurants and the beach. Communication with Joan was great, we had some issues with the internet that were swiftly fixed. Would definitely stay again.

"A very nice and lovely d...

"A very nice and lovely decorated appartement. Everything you can think of is there ( hairdryer, dishclothes....). Town center about 10 minutes walk. Lovely beach and nice restaurants. We would come back if we were in that part of Mallorca again. Nice, clean and quite surroundings."

Just perfect for our need

As a group of cyclists we needed a place that was spacious secure and close to all the amenities. This apartment hit the spot. Joan was the perfect host. When we arrived at the apartment it was much earlier than expected. Joan sorted out access in super quick time and then left us alone for the week. Great place. Great apartment. Well recommended.

Better than advert

Great apartment in the great place. This is not the first line and not right on Platja del Port de Pollença, but you have to walk about 5 minutes only to the beach and such location has bright sides - it is really quiet there, building has spacious garden, many parking lots and nice pool. Building is nice and well maintained. The nearest beach is perfect and if you with kids it is simply the best. But if you tired of it you have very good choices - Albercutx (water there is calmer) is in 5 min by car, Formentor, la Victória, Cala Sant Vicenç in 15. If you for some reason like beaches of Alcudia and Muro they are also close enough. If you go for sightseeing you have to visit Alcudia and Pollenca (about 10 min by car). Our favorite Mallorcan restaurant Siurell is in 5 min walk. Apartment itself located very well. It has a seaview from the terrace, has not poolview and it is in the shadow almost all day (except of the morning). Apartment is very well equipped, we also were provided with baby cot and high chair without even asking. Joan and his mother were friendly and helpful, it was very nice to meet them. Hope to see them again.

I would definitely recommend this apartment. It was easy to book with Joan who was very helpful, his parents met us on our arrival and were very friendly and showed us everything we needed to know, including about the local area. Going up to the communal roof terrace with the most amazing views of Puerto Pollensa and the Mountains started our holiday off perfectly! The apartment was very well kept and clean inside was a new modern kitchen and bathrooms and cosy interior, lovely views of the sea and gardens below from the balcony which can be accessed via either the living room or bedroom. The gardens and pool are well kept and very relaxing. It was in a very peaceful location, with only a fifteen minute walk to the town centre there are buses too, the walk is alongside the sea and it was also very handy for a lovely beach, ideal for children. Joan kindly left us two bikes which enabled us to visit others areas around Puerto Pollensa such as Cala St Vincent and the cycle paths are excellent. I would also recommend trying the local restaurants the staff are very friendly and Siurell was our favourite which is only a five minute walk. There are nice restaurants in the town but it can get very busy and some tend to be quite similar the service we found was better at the local ones. We could not recommend this property highly enough and will definitely be returning at some point in the future.

We are just back from a stay in this property and had a great time. The apartment was excellent, plenty of room, clean and with 2 bathrooms gave us plenty of flexibility. The 42in plasma telly was great although all channels are in Spanish. I had spent a considerable amount of time researching villas etc in the area and was pleased my decision was a good one! Best of all was the apartment location. Llenaire is a spacious area and we liked the fact we were a block back from the main road - nice and quiet. Access to the beach was all of a couple of minutes walk and the beach had plenty of room plus the sea temp was 26DegC!! Views from the roof top were amazing and the balcony gets the morning sun. There are a number of restaurants (Siurell was our favourite) about 200m away and restaurants dot the whole way into town which is about a 2km walk. This sounds a lot but is in fact an easy stroll. Joan was very helpful during the booking process and his mum oversees the key hand over. She too speaks good English and made sure we were happy with everything. The block is not just a tourist one but has a number of owner occupiers, some of whom are Brits and this gives it a very nice feel. We bumped into a few who were very welcoming and enjoyed the chat. The pool is great and generally was very quiet. I'd happily recommend this apartment to anyone.

Vacaciones tranquilas en familia

El apartamento es tal y como se ve en las fotos: amplio, luminoso y con todo lo necesario. Esta muy cerca de la playa de fina arena y a un paso de la playa de piedras. Aunque el edificio no es nuevo, el apartamento esta totalmente reformado y equipado para 6 personas. Lo único que podría mejorarlo sería un lavavajillas. Gracias por todo a los amfitriones que fueron muy amables y dispuestos a dar facilidades.

Sehr gute Ferienwohnung für Familie.

Unsere Familie haben die Wohnung für 7 Tage gemietet und total zufrieden damit. Die Wohnung ist sehr gut ausgestattet, nur paar Minuten zu Fuß vom Strand entfern, sehr ruhig, toll Panorama Blick auf dem Dach (besondert wenn man Sonnenaufgang genießen will). Der Pool war sauber, die Vermieterin ist sehr Nett und hilfreich. Bis zum Zentrum Port de Pollenca bisschen weit weg wenn man kein Auto hat aber ca 30 min. Spaziergang entlang der Strand war für uns kein Problem. Vielen Dank noch mal und würde ich gern unsere Freunde weiter empfehlen.

"Nice, large, clean, calm...

"Nice, large, clean, calm and well fitted appartement only ca. 50m from the sea. The house, pool and the garden are well loked after. Though we arrived late in the night, we have been received very warm and friendly. Port Polenca is the ideal place for family holiday and active trip. Nice beaches, bays and mountains are not far away. We have already adviced the appartement to friends! Ausgezeichnete, große, saubere, ruhige Wohnung nur ca. 50 Meter vom Meer entfernt. Die Wohnung ist komplett ausgestattet und lässt kaum Wünsche offen. Das Mehrfamilienwohnhaus ist gepflegt, Pool und Garten sauber. Von der Vermieterin wurden wir trotz unserer sehr späten Anreise sehr freundlich und herzlich empfangen. Port Polenca ist als Urlaubsziel für Familien- und für Aktiv-Urlauber sehr gut geeignet, da sowohl viele Badebuchten als auch die Gebirge schnell erreichbar sind. Wir haben die Wohnung schon an Freunde weiterempfohlen. "

"L''appartement est tres ...

"L''appartement est tres agréable, calme, tres bien équipé (seche-cheveux, draps, serviettes en plus), bien propre. Les propriétaires sont super-gentils. L''environnement est calme, le voisinage est amical. La plage de sable est a 3-5 min. de promenade. L''annonce est correcte. Nous conseillons cette location a tout le monde, (avec enfants c''était tres bien). "
