Welcome to our beautiful home in Cayton Bay holiday park Scarborough. The surrounding area has a lot to offer and is sure to make your holiday one of a kind.
As a self-catering static caravan, you'll find everything you need for a perfect stay.
The kitchen has a full size fridge/freezer, a hob, an oven, a kettle, and a eyeline built in microwave and is fully equipped with all cutlery and crockery
The static is a perfect place to relax and offers a Smart television in all the bedrooms and
free Wi-Fi internet access.
We have wrap-around decking with Rattan furniture and seating with table to enjoy the beautiful surroundings 😊
There are 3 bedrooms in this van which contains a double bedroom and 2 twin bedrooms and double sofa bed and 2 sizes of toddler bed guards with bedding included.
There is one family shower room, which has a toilet and sink and a walk-in shower.
There is also a separate toilet and sink basin.
House Rules:
- Check-in time is 3pm and check-out is 10am.
- Smoking/vaping is not allowed.
-Please keep the decking gate closed
- There is free parking on premises parking facilities available at the property with room for 3 cars..
- Pets are not allowed at the property.
-PLEASE take off shoes on all carpeted area's
-PLEASE LOCK ALL DOORS and windows when you leave the van anytime.
-Please leave the van tidy.
- Please empty all waste bins and food waste to the nearby site bins..on departure leave all interior doors open all windows fully closed.
PLEASE NOTE.. No Animals/pets of any kind by all guests or visitors of guest's in the property are allowed due to owners and family allergies..
Any excessive cleaning of the property will incur a charge in full or part from any damage bond taken.
