Welcome to our charming and inviting property, conveniently located just off the M9 motorway in Grangemouth in a quiet residential neighbourhood. This delightful home offers the perfect blend of comfort and convenience, making it an ideal retreat for your stay. Whether you’re here for a short getaway or an extended stay, our home provides a welcoming and comfortable base to explore Grangemouth, Falkirk and beyond. Our home is located in a quiet residential area consisting of families with a friendly and safe feel to the area. There is space for free parking on the street. Shops are within walking distance including takeaways and convenience store (groceries)
Our property is conveniently located just a 10 minute drive or 20 minutes via public transport to Falkirk Town Centre & 30 minutes drive to Rosyth. Edinburgh City Centre can also be reached within 45 minutes to visit some of Edinburgh's most iconic sites such as Edinburgh Castle, Holyrood (Scottish Parliament) & the Royal Mile. Edinburgh Airport is only 25 minutes from our home. Additionally Glasgow City Centre can be reached within 35 minutes by car.
Guests must be quiet between 19:00 and 11:00.
Smoking is not allowed.
Parties/events are not allowed
This property will not accommodate hen, stag, or similar parties.
