We invite you to a cozy and charming 49 m² apartment, thoughtfully designed to meet the expectations of guests who value convenience and functionality while staying close to the city center. It is located on the first floor of a renovated tenement building, accessible by elevator.

The apartment features two bedrooms, each with a comfortable large bed, professional hotel-quality bedding, and towels. The living room is combined with a kitchenette equipped with essential appliances and utensils for preparing and heating meals. There is also a table and chairs, perfect for enjoying meals and spending quality time together.

The living room includes a fold-out sofa that can accommodate two additional guests, as well as a Smart TV with access to free Wi-Fi. The bathroom is equipped with a toilet, shower, hairdryer, washing machine, and professional toiletries.

The hallway offers ample storage space for your belongings.

For the comfort of our guests, the apartment is equipped with air conditioning.

during your stay. Guests will be charged for any property damage if it occurs.
4. Persons not listed in the reservation are not allowed to stay in the apartment.

discussed in advance with the host.
6. Make sure all windows are closed before leaving.
