Experience attractive living surrounded by greenery and outstanding transport links. This modern, fully furnished apartment for rent is located in the desirable area of Prague 2 - Vyšehrad.
Situated on the second floor of the apartment building, the 63 m² unit features a designer interior encompassing an entrance hall, spacious living room with a kitchen (equipped with a fridge, freezer, oven, microwave, and dishwasher), dining area, bathroom, stylish bedroom, dressing room, and a separate toilet. The living room features a sofa bed, allowing the apartment to comfortably accommodate up to 4 guests. A balcony is also part of the apartment.
This sought-after location is comprised of residential buildings and provides excellent transport options. The Karlovo náměstí metro station is just 2 minutes away by tram, while the city ring is reachable by car in 7 minutes. Václav Havel Airport is accessible in 27 minutes, and the Nový Smíchov Shopping and Entertainment Centre is a quick 8-minute drive. Nearby amenities include local shops, doctors, pharmacies, restaurants, supermarkets, playgrounds, and a post office. For leisure activities, there are an outdoor gym, tennis courts, and cycling paths. You can also enjoy walks in parks such as the Park Under the Walls, Vyšehrad, Lumír, Štulc, or Karlachovy orchards, or visit the embankment, Vyšehrad Fortress with its Romanesque rotunda, theatre, casemates, and the Slavin.
Things to note about cleaning: Our apartments are always thoroughly cleaned after every stay. This cleaning includes the elimination of germs causing many common viruses. Feel free to ask us more about our cleaning procedure. Your safety during your stay is our priority!
Please be aware that bed sheets and towels are available but if the reservation exceeds a month, there’ll be a 60 EUR fee, payable monthly. This fee also includes cleaning services. This fee covers the replacement of the linens and towels every month, as well as a complimentary cleaning service. If you opt for this service, there will be a charge of €60 for each monthly cleaning throughout your entire stay, which must be paid in advance. The check-out cleaning is included in your stay (no need to pay extra).
Please note the city tax is not included and must be collected before accommodating. The city of Prague requires €2.30 / per person / per night if your stay lasts less than 60 days. If your stay is longer, you do not need to pay the city tax.
Please follow our house rules, take good care of our apartment, and respect its neighbors. Breaking our house rules will terminate your rental agreement without any refund.

2) City tax is not included and must be collected before accommodating. The city of Prague requires €2.30 / per person / per night.
3) A deposit of 250 EUR is required for online registration as a security measure against potential damages. After each guest's departure, an inventory check is conducted to assess the condition of all items in the apartment. If no damages or missing items are found, the deposit will be released within 7 days of departure. Please note that the exact timing of the refund depends on your bank's processing times and policies.
4) Check-in: starts at 16:00. Kindly share your arrival time. Early check-in is always subject to availability, cannot be guaranteed, and an additional fee may apply.
5) The apartment has a self-check-in procedure. The keys are located at the apartment address, which has 24/7 access. All needed instructions will be sent after completing the online check-in.
6) Personal check-in (we will meet you at the address) could also be requested as an extra service. The fee is as follows: 16:00 - 21:00 = 20 EUR / 21:00 - 23:00 = 30 EUR / 00:00 - 00:01 = 50 EUR. The fee is paid in cash during check-in. If you request a personal check-in, please inform us as soon as possible (at the latest, 1 day before arrival) so we can arrange everything accordingly.
7) Check-out by 11:00 AM. Late check-out is always subject to availability, cannot be guaranteed, and an additional fee may apply.
8) Smoking is strictly forbidden anywhere in the apartment. The penalty is up to the full amount of the deposit.
9) Pets are allowed only under previous consultation. An extra fee applies.
10) No parties allowed. Don't disturb other residents.
11) Respect Czech law and its quiet hours. Keep the noise down between 22:00 PM and 08:00 AM.
12) The primary communication is via the platform you used for booking.
13) Please leave the apartment in a tidy condition when checking out. An extra charge applies if excessive cleaning is needed.
14) Follow the trash disposal instructions and other instructions on how to use the apartment's appliances.
15) Take care of your keys. If you lose the keys, call the given emergency number. Everything related to the key issues will be at your expense.
