Bright apartment in the Chamartín neighborhood, 500m from the Santiago Bernabeu, in Madrid.
Perfect for discovering the city and for resting, with magnificent views with a terrace.
Fully equipped and perfectly located near restaurants, it can accommodate up to 4 people (1 double bed of 160 cm. and 1 double bed of 135 cm.)
It also includes a washing machine, dishwasher, coffee maker and a fast Wi-Fi connection.
Bed linen and towels will be provided.

Benefits that my guests enjoy:
- Quiet and bright apartment.
- Beautiful apartment with magnificent views.
- Ideal location in the Chamartín neighborhood, 500m from the Santiago Bernabeu stadium.
- Fully equipped: sheets, towels, gel and shampoo, and kitchen basics such as oil, salt, pepper, sugar, coffee, etc. will be provided.
- Modern and fully equipped apartment. It will be the perfect place for your break in the city.
Other features to keep in mind:
- The house is located on the 7th floor and has an elevator.
- You will have two sets of keys at your disposal.
Living place:
You will appreciate my house for its terrace and the tranquility being in the heart of a dynamic neighborhood of Madrid.
The apartment can comfortably accommodate 4 people and is located on the 7th floor accessible by elevator.
To make the most of your stay, you will have at your disposal the following:
- A living space: 4-seater sofa with chaise longue, coffee table, 65" television, dining area with table for 4 people.
- Fully equipped kitchen: refrigerator, freezer, microwave, oven, induction hobs, dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle, kitchen utensils, washing machine.
- A spacious first exterior bedroom: 160 double bed, two large closets with hangers, desk with ergonomic chair for teleworking, exclusive bedroom terrace.
- A comfortable second bedroom: 135 double bed, wardrobe with hangers and desk with ergonomic chair for teleworking.
- Well-equipped bathroom: walk-in shower, double sinks, toilet, illuminated mirrors, hairdryer and storage.
Guest Access:
The access to the appartment will be done autonomously through an AUTO CHECK IN, so there will not be any additional cost for an entrance out of working hours. Our team will be at the disposal of the guests during the whole process; before, during and after the stay for any information they may require or anything they may need.
Other Things to Note:
HOUSE RULES:
- The guest will be responsible for the cost of the locksmith service in case of loss of keys or forgetfulness inside the flat (150€ to be paid to the locksmith before opening the flat).
- Noisy parties and gatherings are strictly forbidden. Under sanction of the competent authorities.
- The beds and towels are made up for the number of persons indicated in the reservation.
- It is not permitted to accommodate more people than indicated in the booking.
- Turn off the lights and air conditioning before leaving the flat.
- Please take out the rubbish every day, with special care in the summer months, as there are bins on each floor of the building.
- Leave the house tidy before you leave.
- Be respectful of the house, I expect the best from you.
For legal reasons, we need the identification data of all travellers.
This will only be requested for confirmed bookings, a few days before arrival via an online registration.
If the requested data is not provided before arrival, the booking will be cancelled without refund.
