Welcome to our remodeled 165 m² (1800 sq ft) apartment, perfect for groups and families seeking comfort in the city center. On the 1st floor (no elevator), this bright space blends city living with homey charm. Across from Intendente subway (10m), you're steps from vibrant life. Note: The lively area means some street noise, especially at rush hour. Earplugs are provided for light sleepers. With natural light, family-friendly amenities, and a crib, it's your ideal city retreat!

The Space:
The house has plenty of light, with balconies in most rooms, a lot of comfort, all the utilities you might need, including wifi, washer, dryer, plenty of power outlets and central location (but without all the noise from bars in other neighborhoods).

The bedrooms are very flexible, as follows
• Bedroom 1: 3 pax (king bed + single bed)
• Bedroom 2: 2 pax (double bed)
• Bedroom 3: 4 pax (king bed, 2 single beds, baby bed)
• Bedroom 4: 3 pax (bunkbed, single bed)
• Bedroom 5: 2 pax (double bed)
• Bedroom 6: 2 pax (2 single beds)
• Living room: 3 pax (double air mattress, single sofa bed)

A baby chair for meals is also available.

Guest Access:
You will access the house with keypads on both the building entrance and apartment door.

The Neighborhood:
Our neighborhood is 800 meters away from Martim Moniz and Mouraria. These are historical neighborhoods that are currently being revitalized with new restaurants and new cultural attractions.
