This is a new apartment in a small aparthotel in the centre of Funchal, ideal for two people.
The aparthotel has 12 apartments on 4 floors and a shared 116 m2 rooftop terrace with panoramic views over the city of Funchal, which has sun loungers and an outdoor dining table for 6 people. There is also a shared self-service laundry room that can be used by guests. The building is accessed by lift and staircase.
The apartment is on the 2nd floor and has an area of 45 m2. It has a queen-size bed (1.6x2.0 m), a living area with a sofa and a small dining table, a kitchen and a private bathroom.
The apartment is equipped with air conditioning, fridge, ceramic hob, oven/microwave and other utensils, as well as bed linen, towels, Wi-Fi (1 Gbps), TV with international channels, among other amenities to provide a pleasant and relaxing stay.
LOCATION
The apartment is located in a quiet street close to the city centre, 300 m from the Town Hall and 750 m from Mercado dos Lavradores. The Old Town, Funchal Marina and seafront are less than 15 minutes away on foot.
Nearby there are cafes, restaurants, supermarkets, grocery stores, wine cellars, shops, museums, pharmacies and clinics.
Although a car is not necessary, there are two public car parks 130 m from the building. Free parking possible at night and weekends in nearby streets.
The Aerobus stop is at 850 m. There are bus stops 140 m away and by car there is easy access to Funchal's main roads and the highway to discover the island.
REMARKS
Shared self-service laundry requires coins for washer and dryer.
Due to the island's climate, insects can occur unexpectedly. To avoid attracting insects, it is important to clean up leftover food and keep food well packaged.
People who are sensitive to mosquito bites are advised to use insect repellent when travelling around the island.
There are security cameras in the common areas of the building outside of the apartment.
CONDITIONS
1. Parties or behaviour that disturb the peace and well-being of neighbours are not allowed, especially between 10 pm and 8 am when neighbourhood noise is prohibited.
2. An online check-in form will be sent to collect essential identification data for check-in, arrival time and means of transport, which must be submitted by guests at least two days before arrival.
3. Self-check-in with flexible arrival time is available via a key lockbox whose code is created and sent on the day of arrival. For face-to-face check-in, it is necessary to schedule the time and the waiting time is 60 minutes, after which a new time can be scheduled according to our availability.
4. Guests may be required to present identification upon arrival and provide missing identification details to comply with legal requirements.
5. Guests must inform about allergies, conditions or special needs before or immediately after booking in order to verify compliance and appropriate measures to be taken.
