This elegant two-bedroom house comfortably accommodates up to four guests. Located in the Balcon de Buenavista urbanisation, it features:
Living Room: Furnished with two sofas, a coffee table, and a TV, the living room opens onto a gallery and a patio with beautiful views.
Dining Room: An elegant space with a glass table that seats six, ideal for sharing meals in style.
Kitchen: An American-style kitchen, fully equipped for a convenient stay. It includes a washing machine and dishwasher for added comfort.
Bedrooms:
Master Bedroom: Features a double bed, large wardrobe, bedside tables, a chest of drawers with mirror, air conditioning, and an en-suite bathroom.
Second Bedroom: Has two single beds that can be joined to make a double bed, plus a desk, bedside tables, a wardrobe, and air conditioning.
Bathrooms:
En-Suite Bathroom: Equipped with a standing shower, toilet, bidet, and sink with mirror.
Second Bathroom: Includes a bathtub, sink with mirror, and toilet.
Outdoor Areas: The house has a front balcony and a beautiful terrace overlooking the garden. The garden includes a table with a sunshade, perfect for enjoying snacks, and four sun loungers to relax and soak up the fresh air and sunshine.
Amenities: This charming urbanisation boasts a splendid communal swimming pool (open seasonally – we recommend checking availability before booking), free street parking, and lovely spaces throughout, making it a unique setting for your stay.
*A security deposit of €500 needs to be delivered by 3 days before your arrival, this one will be given back 3 days after departure.
*We will be waiting for you to give you the keys. Check-in is available from 4 p.m. to 9 p.m. After 9 pm there’s an additional charge of 40€ until 11 pm, and 60€ until 00hs. Outside these hours, please ask us for availability and rates. Please let us know your arrival time 24 hours in advance to make sure that someone will be waiting for you and you can enter the apartment. If you arrive one hour later than the scheduled time, there will be a surcharge of €25.
*We do not accept groups of teenagers or underage guests unaccompanied by adults. The minimum age to book is 25 years old.
*Sheets and towels are included in the rate. We provide towels only for the number of guests, if you need more, they will have an additional cost. We do not provide towels for the beach.
*Transfer to and from the airport available, check availability and costs.
* The pool is only open a few months a year (usually from May to October). Please check pool availability for your chosen dates. Please note that due to the drought, pool opening dates may be affected.
*Your stay with us includes one basic cleaning. In case the apartment is too dirty after your deapartur, there will be a surcharge of €24.20 per hour.
