This beautifully renovated house in the vibrant Kemptown area is the perfect home away from home for friends and families. Just a short stroll from the sea, it combines contemporary comfort with rustic charm to create a truly unique retreat.
Please note: With cork flooring throughout, we kindly ask that high heels not be worn inside. For maximum comfort, consider bringing your favorite slippers!

Each room has its own character, from the relaxed and slightly unconventional master bedroom with its organic four-poster bed to the vibrant accents throughout. This home offers a visual feast while maintaining a natural and comfortable ambiance.
The split-level living area invites you to unwind in bold, bohemian style. Featuring a cozy armchair and an L-shaped sofa, this space is perfect for socializing or enjoying a movie night by the fire. A dedicated workspace is available if you need to catch up on emails or plan the day’s adventures. On the lower level, the spacious dining area comfortably seats up to six, with a mix of chairs and corner bench seating, perfect for shared meals.
Step outside to the garden from the dining area, where you can soak up the sunshine or enjoy a quiet moment surrounded by nature.
The fully equipped kitchen is a culinary haven with a microwave, coffee machine, dishwasher, and all the cookware, crockery, and glassware you’ll need. Essentials like coffee, tea, salt, pepper, and cooking oil are provided to make your stay hassle-free.
On the ground floor, you’ll also find a convenient separate toilet.
Upstairs, three beautifully designed bedrooms and a family bathroom with a spacious walk-in shower await. Plenty of towels and toiletries are provided to ensure your comfort.
This bohemian retreat is perfectly designed for a memorable seaside getaway, combining comfort with artistic charm and style.
Guest Access:
Guest have access to the entire property during their stay, including the outdoor patio. Access detais will be provided prior to your arrival.
Paid for parking can be found at the end of the street. From the house, you can easily stroll into the city centre, the vibrant North Laine for independent shops and cafes, and also to the beach.
Please note, this is a shoe-free house. The floors are cork, so no shoes are to be worn in the house please. Bare foot is fine or please bring your slippers.
For group bookings we requiare all guests to be 25 or over and we have a strict no parties or late night noise policy.
This is a residential street and there is a security night patrol to monitor behaviour and noise to ensure any noise is kept to a minimum after 10pm.
