The five bedrooms are spacious and quiet, all equipped with wardrobes, and some with walk-in closets and Smart TVs. The master bedroom features a 150 cm x 190 cm bed and an en-suite bathroom. The second bedroom also has a double bed measuring 150 cm x 190 cm, with a bathroom conveniently located next door. The other two bedrooms, situated near the entrance of the apartment, are equipped with 150 cm x 190 cm beds and have a nearby bathroom. On the upper floor is the main suite, with direct access to the terrace and equipped with a 150 cm x 190 cm bed, offering privacy and plenty of natural light.
The terrace includes a spacious seating area, barbecue, solarium, saltwater pool, and a small kitchen-laundry.
The apartment is fully air-conditioned, with heating and air conditioning in all rooms, ensuring maximum comfort year-round.
