Serendipity, 16 Ventnor Holiday Villas, Wheelers Bay Road, Ventnor.
Have many regular guests here but newly being let on Vrbo, looking forward to the first customer review.
This beautiful upgraded villa has a stunning panoramic sea view from inside and out, within its grounds the garden has a decked area to the front and also another seating area to the side and is surrounded by beautifully coloured shrubs. The owners have spent time creating a great villa to escape the hustle and bustle and have decorated to create a complete relaxed atmosphere.
This detached villa has 3 bedrooms and sleeps 5, it comprises the following:
Bedrooms: the beautifully upgraded master bedroom has a double bed and the most spectacular sea view to wake up to, with French doors opening to the front. The middle room, a double room, can be either 2 slim singles or zipped together to create a king dependent on what suits, the third room a smaller room; with single bed.
Lounge/Dining Room: panoramic sea view, dining table and chairs, modern lounge suite, large flat screen TV with freeview channels, giving many channels to choose from. DVD player and Video recorder, there is even a record player with some records. Double French doors opening to decked area. Free Wifi available.
Kitchen: fully equipped for a perfect self catering holiday; with fridge and separate full size freezer, cooker, microwave, saucepans, cutlery, tableware etc. It is a good idea to bring sundry items like washing up liquid, cloths etc.
Bathroom: Upgraded with walk in shower, basin and toilet.
Heating: Has an electric heating system, which keeps the property cosy.
Children: set up for children over 5.
Dogs: Well behaved dogs are welcome, only 1 is allowable. Please allow £30 additional cost. You are able to take your dogs to Bonchurch beach all year, but dogs are only allowed on Ventnor beach during off peak times. There is Ventnor Green nearby also to exercise your dog.
Garden: Private garden area, with two seating areas to sit and enjoy the calming of the sea, a stone sun terrace to the side and lovely decked area to the front with table and chairs and sunloungers.
Linen: All linen and towels are included in the price.
Washing: There is a laundrette nearby, open daily, in Ventnor town opposite the main carpark. Self service or service wash available (including washing, drying, ironing). There is a washing line and airer at the property and iron/ironing board.
Parking: Parking for 1 vehicle in the private villa carpark very close by to the villa, also there is a drop off point should you wish to get even closer when dropping off luggage. There are a couple of other nearby public carparks for other vehicles if need be, 1 free carpark down Wheelers Bay Road and one currently free overnight off Dudley Road.
