Welcome to our quirky countryside family home in the picturesque village of Waltham St Lawrence. Immerse yourself in the charm of rural life, with plenty of countryside walks right on your doorstep and a chance to spot owls, muntjac, hedgehogs, deer, or rabbits in the garden. For families, the Little Pony Club is just around the corner—perfect for young children. Enjoy nearby local gems like the 14th-century Bell Inn. There's something for everyone in this peaceful rural retreat.
Please note - The swimming pool is only open for guest use from 8th May until mid-September. The pool is not heated, the water temperature is normally around 21 °C (depending on the outside air temperature).

- This is a child friendly property. However, this property does not come with a travel cot or high chair.

CHECK IN / CHECK OUT
Check-in time is after 4pm, and check-out time is before 10am. A £30 charge will be requested if guests check themselves in early without permission or if guests do not check out on time, as this will cause disruption to the cleaner's schedule.
IMPORTANT: On behalf of our host at Pass the Keys, we require guest verification facilitated by Truvi (Previously called Superhog). Upon confirming your booking, Truvi will contact the lead booker via a secure link, providing detailed instructions for the verification process.
The online verification requires a government-issued photo ID and a credit or debit card. During this process, you may choose between a refundable GBP 500 deposit (plus GBP 10 transaction fee currency equivalent) or purchase a non-refundable damage waiver of GBP 40 (currency equivalent) to cover potential damages during your stay.
Once the verification process is successfully completed, check-in information will be provided. If you opted in for a deposit, this will be refunded via credit/debit card after your stay, subject to an inspection of the property.
