This newly-refurbished three double bedroom, two bathroom contemporary apartment is in a prime location in the heart of vibrant NW London.
It is within easy reach of many popular neighbourhoods and attractions including Camden, Regent’s Park and Baker Street as well as Marylebone and Primrose Hill.
It is a perfect base for up to six guests who wish to explore this cosmopolitan and fashionable area full of bars, cafes, shops, markets and galleries as well as the green open spaces of Regent’s Park, Hampstead and Primrose Hill.
The spacious property, set on a popular road, is on the 6th (top) floor of an attractive period building built in the early 1900s. Please note there are several flights of stairs to this flat and no lift in this building.
It is ten minutes walk to both Marylebone and Baker Street underground stations. Marylebone is on the Bakerloo underground line, three stops direct to Oxford Circus and four stops to Piccadilly Circus. Baker Street tube is on the Jubilee, Bakerloo, Hammersmith & City and Circle lines giving guests easy access across London to Bond Street, Regent’s Park, the City and Notting Hill.
The flat is flooded with natural light and has recently been refurbished to a high standard and finished in a neutral, contemporary colour scheme perfect for modern day living.
The separate kitchen is fully-equipped with all modern conveniences for self-catering and includes a washing machine and dishwasher. The spacious and bright living room has wooden flooring and dual aspect windows. It features a table and chairs for dining or working from home and a large seating area with comfy sofa and chair on which to relax in front of the Smart TV.
There are three double bedrooms all with side tables and ample storage for the sole use of guests. The master bedroom has an en-suite bathroom with shower with overhead and handheld shower attachment, sink and WC. There is another family bathroom with bathtub and rainfall shower with handheld attachment, sink and WC. Both have drawer storage.
This flat provides a lovely environment in which to stay while exploring or working in this fashionable part of the capital.

The area is known for its diverse, cosmopolitan feel with an abundance of attractions very close by. These include Madame Tussauds and the home of Sherlock Holmes on Baker Street, Camden Lock and market. Regent’s Park with its boating lake and home of London Zoo is a walk away. The fabulous shopping districts of Oxford Street and Regent’s Street are nearby.
Marylebone is bordered by Oxford Street to the south, Marylebone Road to the North, Edgware Road to the west and Great Portland Street to the east. It is well-served for public transport with Baker Street and Marylebone underground stations about 10 minutes walk away. Marylebone also has an overground line.
