Reservoir House - elegant design, easy living!

Reservoir House is a luxurious self-catering home located in the serene area of Voëlklip. This elegantly decorated space is ideal for family entertainment, with open areas designed for comfort and relaxation. The house is conveniently close to local restaurants and within walking distance of Langbaai Beach and nearby mountain trails, offering both tranquillity and easy access to nature and amenities.

The house can accommodate 8 guests and comprises 4 bedrooms with the main en-suite situated on the first floor and bedrooms 2, 3, and 4 located downstairs. The main bedroom is furnished with a queen-size bed with a private lounge, and has an en-suite bathroom fitted with a bath, shower, basin, and toilet, and boasts ample cupboard space. The second bedroom is furnished with a king/twin conversion bed and an en-suite bathroom with a shower. The third bedroom has a queen-size bed, while the fourth bedroom has a double bed. These bedrooms have adjoining bathrooms with a bath and shower, respectively. There is also a guest toilet on the first floor. All three rooms open onto the fully enclosed garden.

The modern open-plan kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge-freezer, an electric hob, an oven, an air fryer, an ice maker, cutlery, crockery, a Nespresso coffee machine, a bar fridge and features a dishwasher for guests’ convenience. A washing machine and tumble dryer are also available on the premises. The spacious lounge and dining area features a fireplace and large dining table with space for 10-12 guests. A smart TV with Netflix is available and guests are required to login using their own credentials.

The large sliding windows and doors invite the beautiful mountain scenery in for a meet and greet. There is also a small kitchenette with a bar fridge in the upstairs living area. Complimentary Wi-Fi is available and secure parking for one car is available. There is additional street parking and the property is secure with an alarm system.
