Bournecoast are delighted to present this modern two bedroom terraced house, ideally situated on the East Cliff in Bournemouth. This charming mews property offers a fantastic option for those seeking a high quality home in a prime location, conveniently close to both the golden sandy beaches and the vibrant town centre. Additionally, it is just a short stroll from Toft Zig Zag, providing access down to the sandy shores of East Cliff. This accommodation is perfect for families and couples seeking a relaxing getaway with all amenities within easy reach.
THE ACCOMMODATION:
This modern terraced mews features two bedrooms. Bedroom One is light and airy, featuring a King Size Bed and includes a SMART TV. The second bedroom is a Twin Bedroom also with a SMART TV for your convenience.
In the open plan lounge/kitchen/diner you will benefit from another SMART TV. FREE WIFI is available for holiday lets (subject to availability from Internet Service Provider). From the lounge area you will find patio doors onto the garden.
The modern kitchen area comprises of an ELECTRIC HOB - ELECTRIC OVEN - WASHING MACHINE - DISHWASHER - FRIDGE/FREEZER - MICROWAVE.
The stylish bathroom is located upstairs and boasts a bath, shower facility and a toilet. There is an additional toilet situated on the ground floor.
The house has its own patio, complete with table and chairs and an artificial grass lawn.
Off road parking spaces are available in front of the house on a first-come first-served basis (permit must be displayed at all times).
